Billing questions
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual prepayment gives a 10% discount.
Are restores charged separately?
No. Restores and downloads are unlimited and included in the price.
Can I extend retention?
Yes. Retention up to 10 years is available as an add-on, priced by stored volume.
Is it included in Itmendo managed IT plans?
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup is included in the Managed IT + Security plan. See itmendo.com/pricing.
